Pasta Sauce - Tomato - Home Made & Plain

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 onion
400g diced tinned tomato
1 stock cube

Add in extras:
Olives
Roast Capsicum
Zucchini
Carrot
Mushrooms
Roast Garlic

Herbs:
Oregano 
Basil
Parsley
