Pasta Sauce - Tomato, Olive & Red Wine

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 onion
400 g diced tinned tomato
1 stock cube
100ml Red wine
1 cup of olives (142g)

Fry onions & garlic
Add tinned tomato, stock cube & 100 ml red wine
Add 1 cup olives
Serve with pasta
